REQUEST FOR BID (RFB)
    
The Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA) has a constitutional mandate and, as the Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) of South Africa, it exists to strengthen our constitutional democracy by enabling oversight, accountability and governance in the public sector through auditing, thereby building public confidence.

The AGSA invites bids for the following requirements:

NB: Bidders are kindly requested to view the bid specifications document above to verify whether they are eligible to bid prior to buying a CD.

No compulsory briefing will be held for this bid.

The bid documents are available at a non-refundable cost of R285 (VAT inclusive) per CD to be collected at the Supply Chain Management Office, Head Office Building, Ground Floor, 300 Middel Street, (corner Veale and Middel Streets), New Muckleneuk, Brooklyn, Pretoria.


To receive copies via email upon proof of payment, kindly send an email to sharigg@agsa.co.za or procurement@agsa.co.za to obtain the AGSA's banking details.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals before the closing date. Applications will be adjudicated in accordance with the accordance with the applicable criteria as stipulated in the bid document.

Duly completed and signed proposals and supporting documents, enclosed in an envelop clearly marked with the relevant bid number, description and addresses to: Senior Manager: Supply Chain Management, must be deposited in the bid box at the AGSA's Head Office Building, Ground Floor, 300 Middel Street, (corner Veale and Middel Streets), New Muckleneuk, Brooklyn, Pretoria.

No late submission, facsmiles, electronic or telephonic bids will be accepted. The AGSA reserves the right to accept any application in whole or part thereof and does not bind itself to accept any submission.
