This report looks at how government, its water value chain and other roleplayers in the water accountability ecosystem are managing one of the country’s most valuable resources (water). In this report, the AG paints a concerning picture of “failures throughout the water value chain, including weak planning and oversight, inadequate management of water and wastewater infrastructure and poor water conservation and demand management practices”.
