2. Any person has a right to request for correction or deletion of personal information or objection to the processing of personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information ACT. In order to exercise your right in that regard you can click below to complete the necessary forms.

Notice in terms of Section 15 of the PAIA
This notice provides the categories of the descriptions of records that are automatically available without the requester having to request access thereto, in terms of .Section 15 (1) of PAIA and Regulation 4 of the regulations relating to PAIA of 2021. It is further required that the descriptions of records should be made available to the Information Regulator (South Africa), and made available for inspection at AGSA head office during working hours.
