The AGSAs engagement with our alumni is about making stronger connections under the flagship of greater citizenry and value adding to the auditing profession. Our alumni network efforts should yield personal and professional interactions, shared success stories that resonate with our employee value proposition and in the process increase institutional spirit for the AGSA.

What this would do for the organisation is to ensure that the institutional knowledge repository is maintained and environmental intelligence is gathered and understood through the alumni. Running an active alumni network will also give opportunities to potential graduate recruitment candidates and current employees to meet and engage with former employees who are champions of the AGSA. We are eager to develop these professional interactions with your support. 

The talent team is building momentum to formalise this network. The programme would form fertile ground to court and pick prospective talent that can be rehired by the AGSA. It is also a platform that can provide meaningful, lifelong opportunities for you as alumni to engage and connect and showcase career trajectories through networking opportunities. It is also a great way to learn from each other.
